Short Bio

Felicia is a partner at The Velo Group. She Formerly the Senior Managing Director of Brand and Marketing for Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG), she worked with Danny Meyer and team to shape the corporate brand strategy for the company’s portfolio of restaurants. While at USHG Felicia, built and lead a full-service marketing division critical in supporting the company’s expansion goals.

Felicia joined The Velo Group to help clients envision how to activate brand throughout their organizations. Throughout her career, she has focused on driving growth through helping organizations articulate their vision and promise to align brand strategy and business goals. Felicia stresses the importance of operationalizing brand throughout an organization to deliver an authentic and consistent brand experience to all customers and employees.

Her approach to brand development is informed by her broad experience on both sides of the table – as a consultant and as a marketing executive. She’s been a chief marketing officer, advertising executive, brand consultant, board member, public relations leader and fundraiser.

She works with start-ups and large complicated organizations, bringing to Velo her diverse experience in a wide range of consumer lifestyle industries including food & beverage, hospitality, retail and not-for-profit having worked with Unions Square Hospitality Group, Smart Water, Barneys New York, Shake Shack and the 92nd Street Y.
